Clicking the Project Manager button at the upper-left of the Main Menu brings up the Project Manager. PartyCAD is a professional design tool, and it is likely you will be using it to create dozens, if not hundreds, of event designs. If you kept all of this data in a single folder you would soon have an unmanageable mess on your hands. The Project Manager is the solution to the problem.

When you have a new prospect and it is time to do a design for them, step one is to create a project to hold the files you will create - both the Party Wizard and the Project Manager can handle this chore.

A project is really just a folder on your local, network or attached drive. The Project Manager allows you to create new projects and to fiddle with the ones you already have. Examine the illustration at the right to get a sense of the other capabilities of the Project Manager.
